About the Playwright

Brian Kraker was born and raised in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, where a steady diet of diner food and turnpike traffic helped shape him into the person he is today. After failing to convince his peers the Model UN Club was “cool” while in high school, he took his talents to Fordham University. Several existential crises and changes in major later, he settled on studying English, so he could be perpetually plagued with the question: What do you do with a B.A. in English? Brian has been in love with theater since he first read Waiting for Godot in high school, which he now rereads once a year, hoping each time Godot may finally make an appearance. His first play Father Kennedy premiered in the 2015 New York International Fringe Festival.
